NASI RICE operates as a Malaysian Food Supplier, offering ready-to-eat meals, packaged frozen food, and other food products.
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission to use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting.
2. Ordering and Payments
All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your payment details.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliverer orders within four hours of making the food, unless it's kept refrigerated or frozen, but delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details and ; NASI RICE is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
A safe place for drop-off is required if the recipient is not present at the time of delivery. If a safe place is not provided, the delivery may not be completed.
NASI RICE is not responsible for any damage or theft of the food if the recipient is absent, even if the delivery time was advised in advance.
We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as weather, supply chain disruptions, or courier issues.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If you believe your product is damaged or contaminated upon delivery, contact us immediately at hello@nasirice.au with supporting photos.
Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion after reviewing the claim.
5. Food Safety & Consumer Responsibility
We follow strict food safety protocols, but customers must ensure proper storage of products upon receipt.
NASI RICE is not responsible for food spoilage due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, branding, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of NASI RICE and cannot be used without permission.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
NASI RICE provides products "as is" without warranties of any kind, except those required by law.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or website access.
